Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged.

Return Process:

1. Email us at support@sanskritiexports.com with your order number and issue.
2. Once approved, send the item back to our Indian warehouse at your expense (unless it was damaged/incorrect).
3. We will notify you once we receive the item.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 3 business days.
