Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
