1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • It must be accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation email.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable on the product page

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@sanskritiexports.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and pickup details.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a free return pickup from your location (wherever possible).

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund as per your preference.

6. International Orders

  • We accept returns for international orders too.
  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • If defective, we will cover return shipping and provide a refund or replacement.
