1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our support team at support@sanskritiexports.com with your order ID and reason for return.

• Our team will guide you through the return process.

• Once approved, the product must be shipped back to our provided address.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

• We will offer a replacement or full refund based on the issue.

6. International Orders

• International returns must follow the same process.

• Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
